4. Joined Grameen Bank, Kishoregonj & Gazaghanta Ganggachara Rangpur Zone as a Branch Manager and worked there from October 01 1985 to May 31 1989. Organizational designation was Senior Officer.
 

Activities: Loan disbursement and recovery, Account and Fund Management, prepare monthly and yearly reports, prepare yearly budget planning and implementation, Evaluation and monitoring of Branch level work.

5. Joined Grameen Bank, Head Office, Administration Department as a personal Secretary to General Manager. From June 01 1989 to December 31 1995. Organizational Designation was Principal Officer.
 

Activities: As a personal Secretary time to time I have co-operate General Manger to prepare Papers/Articles.

6. Joined Grameen Bank Zonal Office, Sylhet as a unit chief of Audit and worked there from January 01 1996 to January 09 1997. Organizational Designation was Principal Officer.
 

Activities: Solve the Audit claim of Zonal Office and under its 10 Area Office, 80 Branch Office and disciplinary action for Audit complain.

7. Joined Grameen Bank Area Office, Kapasia, Dhaka Zone as a Area Manager and worked there from January 10 1997 to September 30 1999. Organizational Designation was Principal Officer.

Activities: Loan approve, Fund Management, Staff Management and prepare confidential report two times in a year of the employee, internal transfer posting in a Area, Disciplinary action of the employee, Propose the promotion of the employee in the Are to the higher office, Co-ordination with Head Office, Zonal Office and Branch Office.
